Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
It's horrible sending them out one by one and very time consuming. It would be nice to pull the statements and have the option to auto send to each customer (by email on their account) with the click of a button. It would save us time to be free to do other tasks.

Any updates on if this will happen?
It would also be nice if you could make notes about payments when calling about over 60/90 items.
YESSS!!! This would be wonderful, maybe something like how payroll checks are sent out. Where you can just select the customers to send to and hit email!

It would also be nice if the statements were separated by each project with that Customer
It would be helpful to be able to select statements by division. Each of our divisions function a little bit differently and are not in the same physical location. This is one option we need when generating statements. We have hundreds of customers and picking each one out for each division is time consuming and wastes a lot of time.
The system already does a great job for emailing pay stubs out. Just expand that same concept to the customer module. It allows us to email stubs to employees that we have emails on file for and then we can print out the remaining pay stubs for employees that don't have emails. This would be perfect for customers. Let us email the customer statements for ones that have an email on file and then print the remaining ones. I do recommend that you allow multiple email addresses for each customers as some times we have to send it to multiple people within a company.

That sounds like it could work and would meet my needs.
I just want the option to generate statements (like I do already) and have a feature where I can mass send them out to all the customers who had a statement generated (to the email we put on file for them) rather than sending them out one by one.

For this idea, I want to be clear... If there was an ability to Select Customers (using a variety of filters) and then be able to select an option to generate and email the statements (same report we have today) that would meet your needs? Thoughts?
