Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
We have social security numbers in the Tax ID Number field on some of our vendors so we can use that for 1099 reporting. We need to limit the visibility of the Tax ID Number field to a very short list of users while leaving the rest of the vendor record open for anyone to view so they can find address and phone number information. Please develop a way to secure the Tax ID Number separate from the rest of the vendor.
