Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

This is still an issue. Maybe not necessarily use "MS Word" but a better rich text editor built into PCMX. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done. We are spending too much time tweaking text that we are pasting from word because the formatting is non-existent in Pro-Contractor.
I apologize if I was unclear in my response. I was talking about using Word as the editor, it isn't possible to do so currently. I can reach out to you directly and we can discuss the "disconnect between ProContractor and Word".
I know that Word will not work. I was referring to the text editor included with ProContractor. It is extremely primitive. My suggestion was to integrate MS Word as the text editor. This should be a priority; to fix the disconnect between ProContractor and Word.

Technically we could launch MS Word if it was installed locally on the user system to use as the text editor. The problem exists when we try to use that text in printing the document which included text. There is a fatal formatting problem which precludes us from being able to do so without the printed document going horribly wrong.
Our suggestion that may help would be to use Word to do your text editing and then paste into the field, or you can also create "standard text" which can be imported in without having to copy/paste or retype each time.
