We submit monthly employer contribution reports to different unions. We calculate the fringes based on the hours worked for a specific month for each employee. On the current Union Reporting, the date type options (Check Date & Pay Period End Date) does not give us the actual hours worked for the month.

We are required to report based on dates worked, monthly, but have been unable to do so since "upgrading" to ProContractor.
UNION Reports are terrible They were quite good in Maxwell Mgmt suits
There must be a way for an employee to only show up once.
Currently we have employees showing up in 3 locations on the reports
Once as a journeyman, once as foreman, and once as Captain. the last manages more people than foreman
The pay rate varies for each of the these but the fringes are the same since they are based on hours.
The problem I'm running into is the Payroll Hours and Earnings History can show more hours than actually worked. For example, if you paid them for a holiday. The fact that you have to put a number in for the hours in order to calculate the payroll doesn't give you the correct number of hours they actually worked. (I don't like the fact that you have to put hours in order to calculate payroll). The other problem is knowing what your accruals and the withheld amounts are.
I came across the same issue and I am not able to use any of the Union Reporting options to submit our employer contributions.
You can run the Payroll Hours and Earnings History - Summary and on the date type option, you can choose date worked. This report will give you hours worked for the month.
This has just become a problem for me that you're not able to print a report by actual hours worked for the month.
