Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently ProContractor gives multiple charges per customer (per invoice?, per line item?) which makes it very hard to see how much the monthly charge is going to be for each customer. It also sometimes makes service charges of zero or even a negative number. All of this also increases the journal posting report very, very long; thirteen-fourteen pages is not uncommon. This report should very easily fit on one page. I would also like to see a "Minimum Finance Charge" that could be set by the user. One more thing: the field "Customer Sort Name" should be available for inclusion in the table of results so that one could get the list in proper alphabetical order and not by customers' first names.
